Care
All Ambla fabrics that are used by us contains ACTIFRESHÆ an anti microbial additive. Tests show that Ambla containing ACTIFRESHÆ is effective against the spread of MRSA, e-coli and other harmful bacteria on its surface. Amongst other benefits it resists the development of mould and mildew and helps to prevent musty or stale odours. Ambla is resistant to most mild acids, alkalis, drinks and household stains. Clean with a damp soapy cloth and rinse well with clean water. A soft brush can be used for heavy soiling. Do not use solvents, bleaches, abrasives, synthetic detergents, wax polishes or aerosol sprays.
Ambla conforms to: BS 5790 part 1: Type 2: Grade X: 1996 and ISO7617-1: 1194E (using rub frequency of _ cycle per second). Ambla is inherently flame retardant and conforms to: DOE FTS No 3 Sources 5 (Crib 5). BS EN 1021: 1&2: 1994 (Cigarette & Match). The material used are warranted by our suppliers as passing the appropriate tests as stipulated by regulations.
