I wanted to take a moment to let you know about my meeting with Darren today when he came to inspect my sons’ standing frame.
I have to say of all the people I have met through the long journey of trying to find my son the correct equipment Darren has been by far the most polite, professional and helpful person I’ve met thus far.
He was punctual, smart, in his company fleece, and was wearing all the correct PPE that allowed him access to my son’s personal space.
He was honest in his interpretation of my son’s needs and although he suggested he had outgrown his current standing frame he did not condemn its use which was the most important thing for me.
He was clearly knowledgeable of his product and of my son’s requirements and was pragmatic in his suggestion of solutions and supportive in the continued use of the current frame.
In short, he was a pleasure to deal with and I’d say an outstanding ambassador for your company.
